Traditional Art / Drawings / Portraits & Figures

This is a drawing of my late uncle, drawn from a photo of him I found in my room. The actual size of the drawing is 11x17", drawn entirely with a 0.7mm mechanical pencil because my friend told me it couldn't be done. (I actually prefer mechanical pencils to art pencils now, except when I'm doing heavy shading.) Drawing this was difficult because the reference photo was very small; the figure is only about 3 or 4 cm tall in it.

My scanner is part of a printer/fax/scan combo, and it can only take letter-sized paper so I had to take a digital photo of the drawing. I tried to fix it up in Photoshop but the actual thing still looks a lot better IMO.
